SDB Awarded Two United States Post Office Contracts
SDB was selected for Repair & Alteration and Capital Improvement Projects, Western Area up to $3 million and $3 million to $10 million for the United States Post Office. The scope of work for any project may include, but is not limited to, roof replacements, boiler replacements, chiller replacements, other mechanical system-related projects, interior renovations, both industrial in nature as well as administrative office improvements and modifications, pavement replacements and other projects requiring site work, electrical systems, switchgear repairs and replacements, security system upgrades and installations as well as other largescale renovations and modifications that can become necessary.
Tab Barth - Projects Director
As SDB's Projects Director, Tab manages the strategic aspects of project development and mitigates risk. Tab directs the activities of project managers and makes sure that projects stay on track, review project proposals, and makes decisions on which projects will be pursued. He ensures that the project managers have the resources necessary to complete projects, including materials, trained staff, and funding. Tab offers assistance, advice and keeps the team accountable for the goals of the project. Tab is skilled in leadership, budgeting, project management and the procedures used to consistently meet departmental goals.
