Our three contracting divisions: Sustaining Operations, Building Division, and Civil Division, have allowed us to expand our services across many sectors including education, high-tech, retail, office, industrial, government, tenant improvement and site development. SDB Selected for 2nd JOC Contract with Cartwright ESD
Cartwright Elementary School District has selected SDB for a second consecutive contract to provide district-wide Job Order Contract (JOC) services for small to mid level building renovation projects. Work to be performed includes summer renovation projects and upgrades to the 20 school locations and two support sites.
Dominic Spagnuolo - Founder and CEO
As the CEO of SDB, Inc., Dominic oversees and monitors all aspects of the company. Dominic has been in the construction industry since 1965 and founded SDB in 1980. He has been recognized for his contributions to the industry by being awarded City of Tempe and State of Arizona Small Business Man of the Year in 1992 and 1993 respectively. Dominic is a founding member of the Alliance for Construction Excellence (ACE) at Arizona State University and a supporter of the Del E Webb School of Construction at Arizona State University.
