Dominic Spagnuolo - Founder and CEO
As the CEO of SDB, Inc., Dominic oversees and monitors all aspects of the company. Dominic has been in the construction industry since 1965 and founded SDB in 1980. He has been recognized for his contributions to the industry by being awarded City of Tempe and State of Arizona Small Business Man of the Year in 1992 and 1993 respectively. Dominic is a founding member of the Alliance for Construction Excellence (ACE) at Arizona State University and a supporter of the Del E Webb School of Construction at Arizona State University.
Brian Bohnsack - VP/COO
Brian Bohnsack has been in the construction industry since 1976. Since joining SDB in 1989, he has provided management and leadership in the Estimating Department as well as the Projects Division. Brian is Vice President of the Sustaining Operations Division where he provides general management to the Job Order Contracting, Manufacturing and Industrial Accounts.

Doyle Kahabka - VP of Construction
Doyle Kahabka began his career with SDB in 1998 when he launched the company's Design/Build Division. Three years into his tenure at SDB, Doyle took the existing SDB mechanical division and started a spinoff/sister company called Premier Mechanical Corp and quickly took the company to Ranking Arizona's #1 Mechanical Contractor. Doyle has a very diverse construction background that includes project delivery methods such as: Design-Builds, CMARs, JOCs, Design-Bid-Build, and negotiated contracts. His background of project scopes includes: Schools, Municipalities, Hospitals, Veterans Facilities, Cleanrooms, Central Plants, Grading/Paving/Underground, Civil Engineering, Power Generation, Waste Water and Water Treatment, and general commercial and industrial projects.
Ed Riccio - VP/CFO
Ed Riccio has been with SDB since 1999 serving as the company's Chief Financial Officer. A Certified Public Accountant, his background includes five years auditing construction industry clients. Ed directs the accounting, financial and administrative areas of SDB. He has a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from the University of Virginia and a Masters of Science in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania.
