Since 1980 SDB has been performing contracting services throughout the State of Arizona. Our three contracting divisions: Sustaining Operations, Building Division, and Civil Division, have allowed us to expand our services across many sectors including education, high-tech, retail, office, industrial, government, tenant improvement and site development. With the dedication of more than 250 employees, SDB has been recognized with numerous awards over the years. We believe the best results are achieved when people work together as a team. SDB Begins Work on WWII Memorial
SDB is pleased to announce that work on the WWII Memorial "Guns to Salute the Fallen" has officially started. SDB has been given the honor by the Arizona Secretary of State, Mr. Ken Bennett, to act as the construction manager and design lead for this historic memorial; with its final resting place being the Wesley Bolin Plaza next to the Arizona State Capital. John has a history of over fifty-three years in industrial and commercial construction, performing design-build, negotiated and hard-dollar bid public projects, more recently employed as a senior estimator/ pre-construction manager for Educational, Industrial and Water-Wastewater Treatment Facilities. John has strong capabilities in developing teamwork, conceptual estimating, scheduling, forecasting and value engineering.
