Sky Harbor 20 Inch Transmission Main T2-T3

Arizona Fueling Facilities Corp.

SDB Civil Corporation provided complete installation, testing and flushing services for the installation of over 2,600 LF of 20" fuel pipeline at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. The project included construction of two new isolation valve pits for future airport expansion, and one new isolation valve pit for fuel flow control. The pipeline was constructed adjacent to active taxi-ways, under traffic control utilities and involved the jack-and-bore of the 20" pipeline under two active taxiways.

Sky Harbor 30 MBL Tank Addition

Arizona Fueling Facilities Corp.

This project involved the new construction of an above ground fuel storage tank and all associated piping. SDB was subcontracted by POND Constructors to provide, install and test all fuel, fireline, and storm-drain piping for this new tank addition. SDB also provided all hot-tap and live fuel line tie-in's to make the tank active upon completion. The project was completed in February 2008, and was featured in Airport Improvement Magazine in October of 2009.
