Yuma Union High School District
SDB provided preconstruction services that included drafting, design and engineering consulting and construction services for the installation of a new walk-in freezer. The installation was performed at an existing district warehouse and distribution center. City and Fire Department permitting assistance were part of the job. Work included, floor removal, freezer assembly, refrigeration system installation, electrical and plumbing.

Hidden Hills Elementary School Generator
Paradise Valley Unified School District
PVUSD had an emergency generator fail at one of their largest elementary schools which caused great concern. SDB was called in to provide a new emergency generator, new masonry security and sound enclosure, and run new electrical leads to the existing switches that deliver power to the main circuit panel.

ASU Sun Devil Skybox Renovations

The 3,400 SF remodel included space reconfiguration, suite expansion and furniture installation. In addition to interior design and upgrades the exterior section seating was enhanced with new bleacher seats that allowed for a wider and more comfortable seating area.

Elementary School Fencing at Seven Locations
Chandler Unified School District
The Chandler Unified School District contracted with SDB to replace approximately 3,500 linear feet of existing chain link fencing and install approximately 6,000 linear feet of new wrought iron fencing at seven elementary school locations. The schools were adjacent to city parks and for security reasons needed replacement fencing or fencing where none existed.

Mesquite Elementary School Renovation

SDB was contracted for this two phase classroom expansion and renovation. Phase I involved adding 6,000 SF of classroom space to an existing building. Phase II consisted of adding 31,000 SF of new classrooms increasing the total size of classroom space by 250%. Site modification involved grading, surfacing and engineering the existing parking lot for the new building footprint. SDB also constructed the playground recreation area adjacent to the new site. Upgrades to data and communication lines were also performed.
