Dining Room Expansion
Arizona Veterans Services - Phoenix, AZ
Dining room expansion for Arizona State Veterans. Constructed a new two story addition adjacent to the existing dining rooms (approximately 1,900 SF per floor) for a total of 3,800 SF in the existing courtyard. This project consisted of modifications to mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems to expand existing systems for the new area. Modifications to the existing fire sprinkler and fire alarm systems were required.

Dual Water Lines
Central Arizona Project
This project consisted of complete installation of over 13,000 linear feet of 4 inch and 12,000 linear feet of 16 inch PVC waterline along the Central Arizona Project Canal. The water-line was constructed from the existing City of Phoenix Tramanto Pump station, extending along the CAP canal, across Happy Valley Road, and terminating at the Central Arizona Project corporate headquarters. SDB Civil provided complete pipeline excavation, bedding, installation, backfill and testing services.
