Delbert Bittinger

Delbert started at SDB as a Project Manager and has since advanced to the role of Director of Special Projects for the Texas Division in Dallas. He manages a wide range of projects, including work for Parkland Hospital, Dallas County Public Hospital, and other JOC partners, handling everything from small, single-trade jobs to complex, multi-subcontractor projects in active hospital settings. Recently, Delbert has also led efforts to design and build Community Based Outpatient Clinics for the VA across the U.S.

When Delbert joined SDB, he aimed to find a role where his experience and problem-solving skills could truly make a difference. Looking back, it’s clear he’s done just that.
