Hodge Kerr has over 26 years of experience in estimating and managing commercial construction projects across Oregon and Washington. His extensive portfolio includes school renovations, college campus developments, medical clinics, wind farms, military infrastructure, retail and restaurant TI’s, high-tech facilities, data centers, industrial renovations, and residential developments.

Hodge oversees estimating and managing architectural scopes of work, including concrete, rough carpentry, metal framing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, and more. He also manages a diverse team of subcontractors to meet the unique needs of each client.
