SDB works alongside the Avondale Elementary School District to provide general contracting services for various projects across the district. Most recently, SDB fabricated and installed new casework at the Eliseo Felix School, which set a standard for casework that was later fabricated and installed at Copper Trails Elementary and Lattie Coor. SDB also provided and installed sneeze guards throughout the district. Prior to the recent projects in the district, SDB coordinated the design and value engineering for a gym remodel at the Michael Anderson Elementary School, including minor demo, asbestos testing, and new structural reinforcements to accommodate new mechanical and electrical equipment. The project also included new finishes, drywall and pain, refinished gym and stage wooden floors, doors hardware and windows, and exterior enhancements such as new CMU, stucco finish and stone veneer.
