SDB recently completed this tenant improvement to provide a ramp office, breakroom and material storage space for Frontier’s technical operations crews located airside in Terminal 3. The buildout included installation of new metal stud/GWB walls to the existing acoustical ceiling, wall finishing to match adjacent walls including paint. Installation of 2 new hollow metal frames and doors/hardware, installation of a 2’x3′ hollow metal relite in office wall including, glazing, move existing quad receptacles and phone/data outlets to above new counters, add quad electrical receptacles/circuits, demo existing surface mounted electrical conduit/boxes/wiring back to panel, repair and paint existing walls as necessary, install phone/data cabling, patch cables and terminations, provide and install solid surface countertops, and required fire alarm and suppression equipment.
