SDB replace the roof on Lake Valley Elementary School. The project involbed removing existing mechanical units, removing existing roofing system all the way to the decking, then furnish and install a new SBS roofing system, new metal coping at parapets, roof and inter-roof access ladder and skylights. After evaluation and service of each mechanical unit they were reinstalled. Humboldt Unified is very pleased with the outcome and awarded SDB an additional roofing project on another district school.
