SDB remodeled office space to the south building and mainly the north building. This included new upper management offices with new north facade and some new area/building expansion. The trades involved in this Arizona contracting project included selective demolition, special structural engineering/shoring, temporary shoring, concrete, steel, masonry, storefronts/glazing, doors, drywall, ceilings, special wood ceilings, paint, windows, some finishes, window treatments, HVAC, controls, plumbing, partitions and accessories, fire sprinklers, fire alarm, power and lighting improvements.
