SDB performed a finish out of existing shell space on the 4th floor of the new hospital WISH building. The scope of this Texas construction project included the construction of new executives offices, areas for support staff, new boardroom, conference rooms, break rooms, restrooms, and AV rooms. The project included metal framing, sound insulation, drywall, paint, building security, AV, fire caulking, millwork, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, data, flooring, doors, hardware, storefront, and signage. This project was done during normal hours in an operating hospital.
