Complete off-site and on-site underground wet utilities. Offsite, SDB tappped and installed two 10” DIP fire lines across 79th Ave (40 LF per crossing) to the project and cored two existing sewer manholes, installed new SDR 35 sewer pipe into the manholes and brought the sewer lines to the site. On-site, we installed 5,800 LF of fire line(ranging from 6” to 12” DIP), 864 LF of 8” SDR 35 sewer line, 1,780 LF of HDPE storm drain (ranging in size from 12” to 48”), 280 LF of Storm Tech drainage basins and 13 fire hydrants.
