This 3,200 sf project consisted of the demolition of a convenience store and the site modifications for an upscale retail building containing three rental suites. This infill project was completed on a very small lot in an extremely busy retail shopping area in uptown Sedona.  The site conditions, exterior finishes and Owner requirements necessitated a very detailed approach to scheduling and change management which resulted in an incredibly stunning building.
