SDB completed phased exterior building renovations to the Springhill Suites hotel in Chandler, AZ. The scope of work included modernizing the front of building parapets, replacing carport canopy, which included fire sprinkler upgrades, reconstruction of the front central tower, repainting of the entire building exterior, and exterior lighting and landscaping improvements.
