This tenant improvement included the demolition of ceilings and concrete floor cuts for access to utilities. It included new structural concrete and handrails for the installation of a handicapped access ramp and modifications to the rain gutter above the ramp. Installation of countertops, millwork, doors, frames, hardware, and finishes were also a part of the project scope of work. Bullet-resistant wall panels were installed at the front clerk’s office. MEP and HVAC upgrades were completed along with modifications to the fire sprinkler system.
