Exterior repair and painting of the Edwards and McCroskey historic homes in Tumbleweed Park. The project required focus on the historical preservation of the houses. The early 1900s houses are used for tours to teach about the history of Chandler. Scope included removal of old paint, replacement of missing siding/shingles, painting to match existing colors, rebuilding of screen porch with modifications to allow each screen to be replaced individually and reinforced to prevent damage from area cats. Repaired areas of rot/termite damage to restore to the original look.
